David Lambrecht is an attorney who has practiced in the areas of commercial real estate law, finance, corporate and business law in Atlanta for over 35 years, initially with a large firm as an associate, then with a medium size firm as a founding member and currently and for the past 18 years as a sole practitioner. He is a Georgia certified mediator and is active in court-ordered mediation and arbitration matters in the Metro Atlanta area.

Mr. Lambrecht received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J. D. degree with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Phi Kappa Phi and the University of Florida Law Review.

Mr. Lambrecht is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar.

Mr. Lambrecht served in the U.S. Naval Reserve on active duty from 1968 to 1971 and completed service with the rank of Lieutenant.
