Thank you to all of the supporters that attended the Project Interconnections Fundraiser on May 13th. It was a wonderful event that not only raised awareness and money, but also renewed our energy to continue this essential work on the behalf of adults challenged with mental illness.

We would also like to acknowledge Mrs. Carter’s presence during the fundraiser. Her understanding words and warm kindness inspire all of us to keep looking for ways to make sure all people can live a life of dignity. Mrs. Carter was instrumental in helping PII get supportive housing started in the Atlanta area over 20 years ago. She continues to be a beacon of light for all of us.

Project Interconnections owes much of it's success to its outstanding partners. We would like to acknowledge the presence of Ms. Toole, President & CEO of Community Friendship Inc. With her leadership and dedicated teams, Project Interconnections is able to put its plan to work and help mentally challenged individuals in managing their daily life.

This event could not have happened without the continued generosity and support of Stan Jones and Nelson-Mullins. The venue that they provide for us each year is absolutely amazing. The resident art work and jewelry especially benefit from being shown in their space.

Additionally, special thanks goes out to all of the businesses and individuals that gave items for the silent auction. Many of these donors have been long-time contributors to PII. We are grateful for all gifts.

Lastly, without all the volunteer hours donated by the board of directors and friends, this event would simply not be possible. Their dedication to the organization cannot be measured.

With new energy and vision, Project Interconnections looks forward to continued growth and relationships with all of our supporters in the coming years.
