All apartments are fully furnished. Service providers are on-site to provide support. This development is an innovative concept in supportive housing. Half (20) of the units are designated for homeless adults diagnosed with chronic mental illness, and half (20) the units are designated for lower income residents. All residents are encouraged to use appropriate community-based resources. The quiet thee shaded common area opens to 40 studio units that surround a courtyard with a partially covered patio. The residents have use of the laundry facility, reading room, gym, and recreation room, located in the main building common area.
