Rosalynn Apartments, named after Mrs. Rosalynn Carter, is located in Dekalb County, Chamblee, Georgia. The apartments were built in 2000. This apartment community is entirely designated to housing homeless single adults with chronic mental illness. The services are geared to residents with a higher level of independence. Most residents are employed, volunteering, or participating in a program. Each resident has a studio apartment and access to a range of community based support services.
